5+ years of experience in digital transformation or technology consulting

Deep understanding of hospitality industry operations and challenges

Strong project management and client relationship skills

Experience with digital strategy development and implementation

Knowledge of hospitality technology ecosystems and vendors

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Fluent in English and German (other languages a plus)
