5+ years of consulting experience in the hospitality industry

Strong understanding of hotel operations and technology ecosystems

Experience with digital transformation projects in hospitality

Excellent project management and client communication skills

Advanced degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field

Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time

Fluent in English and German (other languages a plus)
