Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive guest experience strategies for hospitality clients

Conduct guest journey mapping and identify digital enhancement opportunities

Design personalization frameworks and loyalty program strategies

Recommend and implement technology solutions to enhance guest experiences

Create measurement frameworks to track guest experience improvements

Facilitate workshops and training sessions on guest experience best practices

Requirements

4+ years of experience in hospitality guest experience or service design

Strong understanding of digital touchpoints in the guest journey

Experience with personalization technologies and CRM systems

Knowledge of customer journey mapping methodologies

Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, communication skills

Hospitality industry background preferred

Fluent in English and German (other languages a plus)
