Key Responsibilities

Design and implement CRM strategies tailored to hospitality clients

Configure and optimize CRM systems for hotel and hospitality brands

Develop personalized guest journey mapping and communication plans

Create data integration strategies between CRM and other hotel systems

Train client teams on CRM best practices and system usage

Develop reporting and analytics frameworks to measure CRM effectiveness

Requirements

4+ years of experience with CRM systems implementation in hospitality

Deep understanding of hospitality guest relationship management

Technical expertise with major CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and PMSs

Strong analytical skills to derive insights from guest data

Excellent project management and client communication abilities

Background in hospitality or tourism industry preferred

Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
