Lead client workshops to understand technology needs and challenges
Create comprehensive documentation and training materials
5+ years of experience in hotel technology consulting or implementation
Deep understanding of hotel technology stacks and systems integration and willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
Experience with PMS, CRS, CRM, RMS and other hotel management systems
Proven record of successful technology transformation projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
Fluent in English and German (French is a plus)
