Senior Hotel Technology Consultant

Assess hotel technology ecosystems and identify modernization opportunities

Develop technology strategies and implementation roadmaps for clients

Evaluate hospitality software solutions and make strategic recommendations

Support the integration of various hotel technology systems

Lead client workshops to understand technology needs and challenges

Create comprehensive documentation and training materials

5+ years of experience in hotel technology consulting or implementation

Deep understanding of hotel technology stacks and systems integration and willingness to travel up to 40% of the time

Experience with PMS, CRS, CRM, RMS and other hotel management systems

Proven record of successful technology transformation projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities

Fluent in English and German (French is a plus)
